150 years Rieker - 150 years of great relationships with our retailers. We would like to celebrate this together with you!

How? With a huge anniversary campaign that includes a big scratch-card promotion for you and your customers. The campaign is played out internationally with over 5,000 retailers taking part.

How do I receive my advertising material? 

The free advertising material for your in-store presentation, including the scratch cards for the promotion, was ordered from us in October 2023 and is now on its way to you or has already arrived at your store.

Reordering further advertising materials

It is possible to reorder additional materials and/or scratch cards for the second campaign period. We will again provide an online ordering facility for this purpose. You will receive more detailed information on this directly from us during the course of the campaign.

The anniversary scratch-card promotion at a glance

To celebrate our 150th anniversary, we set up an international scratch-card promotion with a total of 150 promotional days. In the periods from 15/03/2024 to 15/06/2024 and from 01/09/2024 to 15/11/2024, your customers will have the chance to win prizes totalling €1.2 million*. You won't miss out either - a total of 3,000 future order credit vouchers worth €400 are up for grabs for our retailers. 

Which prizes are to be won? 

Prizes for end use customers with total value of €1.2 million*:

  • 3,000 x Rieker shopping vouchers worth €100 each
  • 750 instant prizes totalling €900,000 (150 x Apple iPad, 150 x Weber gas barbecue, 150 x Fischer e-bike, 150 x Sonos sound box, 150 x travel voucher worth €1,500 each)

 

Prizes for retailers with total value of €1.2 million:

  • 3,000 x order credit vouchers worth 400 each

How your customers take part 

With every purchase of a Rieker product, hand out a scratch card to your customers. It contains the entry code that customers need to take part in our anniversary promotion online (web page: https://150-rieker.com). The fastest participants with the correct answers have the chance to win a Rieker shopping voucher or one of 750 fantastic instant prizes.

What do you have to do as a retailer for the promotion?

As a participating retailer, you don't have to do much for the promotion. Simply hand out the scratch cards to your customers at the checkout. Then all you have to do is keep your fingers crossed!

The winners are automatically selected and notified by an independent agency. The prize is processed, and the winners will be contacted directly. This means: no further tasks for you. You can find more information on the prize processing under "How the prize processing works for your customers"

How do you benefit from the promotion?

The promotion is a great completely free event with wow effect for your customers. You also have the chance to win an order credit voucher €400. You can find more information about the order budget prize under "How the processing of your order credit voucher works"

How do customers get a chance to win?

By participating online, the customer has secured the chance to win a shopping voucher or/and an instant prize. 
At the end of each promotional day, the participants who answered the quiz the quickest and correctly will be automatically selected as voucher winners and notified by e-mail. If they have won an instant prize, the customers are directly notified during the online entry process. They don't have to do anything else.

How do customers receive their shopping vouchers? 

Customers will be notified of their prize by e-mail and asked to provide their address details for dispatch by post. The data is collected only for the purpose of sending the prize and will be deleted immediately once used. The vouchers won will be sent directly to the winners by post once the address has been provided.

How do customers receive their instant prize?

In the case of an instant prize, customers will be notified directly during the online entry process and will be asked to enter their address details for the prize to be sent by post. The winners will then also receive confirmation by e-mail. The data is collected only for the purpose of sending the prize and will be deleted immediately. We will then send the instant prizes directly to the winners by post.

Where and how can customers redeem the shopping vouchers they have won? 

The shopping vouchers can only be redeemed on Rieker products in all participating stores.

How long are the vouchers valid for?

The shopping vouchers are valid up to and including 31/01/2025. If a customer would like to redeem a voucher after this date, we will find a solution! Please contact us at anniversaryrieker.com

How a customer redeems a voucher in your store

If a customer wants to redeem a shopping voucher in your store, the voucher should be treated like cash. This means that once you have deducted the value of the voucher from the customer's purchase price, it must be kept for the reimbursement process! 

How you deduct the discount from the purchase price is up to you according to your usual voucher processes.

All vouchers redeemed in your stores will be fully reimbursed by Rieker. The process is quick and easy to do via our online settlement sheet: https://rieker.com/150-settlement

How can I arrange a reimbursement?

The settlement with Rieker of the shopping vouchers redeemed in your stores is straightforward via an online settlement sheet. You can find it here: rieker.com/150-settlement

Where do I find my login details for the online settlement sheet?

You received your login details for the online settlement of the vouchers redeemed in your stores from us by e-mail at the start of the campaign. If you can´t find them, please contact us at anniversaryrieker.com.

What do I need for the settlement of the shopping vouchers?

To arrange a reimbursement of the vouchers redeemed in your stores, all you need is your personal login details for the online sheet, the vouchers with the corresponding voucher codes and the bank details to which the reimbursement is to be made. 

You do not have all the vouchers redeemed in your stores at hand? Please contact us at anniversary@rieker.com. We will take care of it and make it possible to reimburse the missing vouchers.

How can you win an order budget credit?

The scratch cards you hand out to your costumer are assigned to your retailer number, so we can easily identify you as the issuer of the card and the credit voucher winner. So, if one of your customers wins a shopping voucher in our scratch-card promotion, you automatically win an order credit voucher €400 - it's simple and straightforward, you don't have to worry about anything else!

How do you receive your order budget prize?

You don´t need to do anything to receive your order budget prize. If you win, we will notify you by post. At the same time, the order budget credit is automatically recorded in our system and processed via the usual billing processes.

How does the processing of the credit work?

The actual billing of the credit works according to the usual processes for the next billing period in our system. You don't have to worry about anything!
